Cancellation Policy
We know that life happens, and often, that plans have to change. Our Cancellation Policy gives some breathing room to you plans. If in doubt, please contact us.
Less than 10 People
- Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance;
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before; and
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
- We do make exceptions for medical related cancellations on a case-by-case basis
More than 10 People
- Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance;
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours but less than 7 days before; and
- No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before.

More than 20 People
- Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days in advance;
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days but less than 14 days before; and
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before.
More than 40 People
- Full refund if cancelled more than 28 days in advance;
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days but less than 28 days before; and
- No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before.
